Description
Forensic anthropologist Temerance Brennan stumbles upon a fresh skeleton during an archaelogical dig on the Charleston, South Carolina shore. Local coroner and old friend, Emma Rousseau, persuades Tempe to stay on and help with the investigation. As the body count begins to climb, Tempe notices a similarity among the victims - mysterious nicks on bones and signs of strangulation.
