Description
Laine Tavish is perfectly content with her life as the owner of a charming Maryland antique shop - until a terrible accident occurs. A man is hit by a car when he leaves her shop - and turns out to be "Uncle Willy, " an old friend of her con-man father. When Laine tries to help, he whispers a bewildering message to her and dies on her doorstep. In walks insurance investigator Max Gannon, who's been hired to find a fortune in stolen diamonds and was tailing Willy. When Laine gets a look at Max, she can't resist him.
